General Rule: Since our notes are digital and can be downloaded immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not possible once a file has been downloaded.
When a Refund May Apply: If your payment was successful but you did not receive the download link, or you were unable to download the file due to a technical issue, please contact us. After verification, the issue will be resolved or a refund will be processed.
Accidental Purchase: If you accidentally bought the same notes twice, please contact us; we will verify and resolve it.
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
